Pay your phonebook contacts
#withPAY
#withPAY enables you to pay the contacts from your phonebook quickly, easily and in a simple manner.
- Logging into #withPAY
Select a domestic payment account and the phone number you submitted to the Bank. Confirm the data with a PIN and simply link the selected account with the mobile phone number in order to join the #withPay BIB Payment Group.
- Pay your phonebook contacts
Select a payment recipient from the #withPAY contacts list. All your phone book contacts with an activated #withPAY service will be present in this list. After selecting the desired contact, you will be redirected to the payment page.
Cash withdrawal without a card
#withCASH
This function enables you to withdraw cash from an ATM with a generated code, without using the payment card.
- Withdraw cash without a card
Select the card if you wish to generate the cash withdrawal code. Cards that you can use for the #withCASH function are Visa inspire, Dina debit, Visa infinite, Visa platinum. Afterwards, select an amount you wish to withdraw using this function. Amounts that are in circulation are RSD 1,000, RSD 2,000, RSD 3,000, RSD 5,000 and RSD 10,000.
- Code duration is limited
You can select a time frame in which your code will be valid. Time intervals are predefined at: 10 min, 20 min, 30 min, 40 min, 50 min, 60 min.
If you wish, you have the option to split a code which another person must use within the set time interval.
Split payments with your friends
PAY & SPLIT
Pay & Split is a function that enables splitting a payment transaction among friends from the mobile phone contacts page, and who are part of the BIB Payment Group.
- Prerequisites for using the function
In order to use this function, you need to have an active mobile app, an active dinar payment account, a debit or credit card and active contacts in the BIB Payment Group.
- Pay & Split transactions
Transactions for which you may use the Pay & Split function are all transactions which may be done by shopping with a debit or credit card at POS or e-commerce retail outlets, as well as cash withdrawal transactions at ATMs.
This function is possible for all transactions performed in the previous 30 days.
Furthermore, keep in mind that there is neither a minimum nor a maximum transaction amount as a limit for the Pay & Split function.
Scan your bill and pay
Pick and Pay
The Pick and Pay function enables you to pay your bills more quickly by scanning bill data using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology on the mobile (iOS and Android) device camera.
From the payment screen, you can access the Pick & Pay option which enables scanning individual fields from the payment order:
- Account number
- Amount
- Model and reference number
Scan the IPS QR code
You can pay your bills by scanning the QR code located on the payment order.
The steps are quite simple and they include:
- Selecting the IPS Scan option on the app home screen,
- Scanning the QR code on the bill you wish to pay, using your phone camera,
- Entering your PIN code,
- Checking data entered automatically and resuming with the order payment with the usual steps for payment.

Plaćajte u stranoj valuti
Kroz podmeni Devizno plaćanje imate mogućnost da vršite devizna plaćanja u okviru zemlje i ka inostranstvu. Iz padajućeg menija pdaberite osnov po kojima želite da izvršite plaćanje, nakon toga odaberite račun sa koga vršite plaćanje. Valuta je automatski upisana u skladu sa valutom računa sa kojeg vršite plaćanje.
Popunite obavezna polja označena zvezdicom i priložite dokumentaciju u skladu sa izabrnim osnovom plaćanja.

Za plaćanja čiji osnovi nisu predviđeni Digical-om (plaćanje uvoza robe, kupovina HoV, dokapitalizacija itd.) neophodno je da klijenti ispostave nalog za plaćanje (nalog za nostro doznaku) u ekspozituri Banke.
Klijenti ne mogu ispostaviti devizni nalog za plaćanje putem Digical-a ukoliko se plaćanje vrši prema nekoj od sledećih zemalja: Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati, Rusija, Sudan, Južni Sudan i Ukrajina, pa je u tom slučaju neophodno da klijenti ispostave nalog u ekspozituri Banke.
Pravila koja važe za sledeće zemlje u ekspoziturama primenjena su i na Digical.
Plaćanje u USD valuti nije moguće prema sledećim državama (branch i Digical): Kuba, Letonija, Republika Moldavija, Sudan.
Devizno plaćanje nije omogućeno prema sledećim državama (branch i Digical): Iran , Republika Korea i Sirija.
Što se tiče naplate naknade, za naloge koji se ispostavljaju putem Digical-a naknada se naplaćuje isključivo sa deviznog računa sa kog je i nalog ispostavljen, ne postoji opcija naplate naknada sa dinarskog tekućeg računa ili drugog deviznog računa.
Kopije SWIFT poruka za realizovane naloge ispostavljene putem Digical-a klijenti mogu dobiti slanjem zahteva na email adresu kontaktcc@bancaintesa.rs , izdavanje kopije SWIFT poruke se za sada ne naplaćuje.
