Obaveštavamo vas da će 30.06.2022. digitalni servisi Intesa Mobi i Intesa Online biti zamenjeni novom, jedinstvenom aplikacijom za sve uređaje – Banca Intesa Digitalnim bankarstvom.
U nastavku se nalaze detaljna uputstva za prelazak na novo Banca Intesa Digitalno bankarstvo – na vama je da odaberete način prelaska koji vam više odgovara.
Step 1
Personal data entry
Access the portal for starting the process of activating the new digital banking HERE or on the Intesa Online application application page. At the very beginning, you need to enter personal data.
Step 2 - for Intesa Online users
Enter a one-time password - SMS OTP
If you used SMS OTP to confirm the payment on Intesa Online, in that case you will receive an SMS OTP which must be entered in the form.
Steps 2 - for Intesa Mobi users
Enter a one-time password - mToken
If you have the Intesa Mobi application, you need to generate a one-time password through the mToken option on the home page of the application.
- Enter the Reference in the mToken application and generate a one-time password by entering the PIN
- Then enter the generated One-Time Password in the form on the Bank's website
Step 3
Download the app
Select one of the listed stores and scan the QR code with the mobile phone camera to automatically find the application. If you want, you can find the application manually under the name "Banca Intesa mobile banking".
Step 4
Activate application
Once you've downloaded the app, continue by clicking the "Register my account" button.
- Scan the QR code
- Enter the CODE you received in the SMS.
Step 5
Create a PIN and Recovery code
- Create a PIN for logging in to the mobile application and a Recovery code that will serve you in case of possible reactivation of the application.
- In the next step, accept the stated conditions and you will complete the process of activating the new digital banking application.
- Once you have activated the application, you can use it to access Banca Intesa electronic banking using the login information that you can find under the #withKEY option on the home page of the mobile application.
